Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public broad access to many court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Henry County, the elected Clerk of Courts keeps local court records, marriage-license records, certified-copy requests, and many payment channels. The Circuit Court handles county trial-court matters, while New Castle City Court may matter for city or local citations. The Sheriff's Office and Indiana statewide portals add jail, offender, and notification records, so the record path can get crowded fast.
